During Iceland’s 2008 economic meltdown, three people lead a double life in Baldvin Zophoníasson's powerhouse drama set in Reykjavik, Iceland. Eik is a single mother and school teacher, who masquerades as a high-end prostitute. Former athlete Sölvi now works in the corporate field and struggles with ethical dilemmas. Mori is a once-well-respected writer who is now a full-fledged alcoholic. Through very decisive changes, their three lives will intersect in very unexpected ways so that each finds redemption.
