BayArea Fashion Week Productions and Promotions was created and funded on the principle of helping non profit communities and others raise funds for their Programs. BAFW's goal is to ignite the passion of the San Francisco Bay Area's community of businesses, artists and individuals to collaborate and support the development of local, national, international talents in modeling and fashion designing.
The designs to  be showcased include Wearable Tech and Innovative Fashion, Pawject, Eco-Cycled Sustainable Fashion, Kids and Teens Fashion.

About the Founder:
Roger Francisco is a resident of San Jose, California. He was modeling in his early 20's and became fascinated in the Production business. He started organizing workshops and training models as salesmen on the Runway.

This unique principle in training the models made him an expert and he gained reputation in the Fashion Industry and Runway Productions. Many Designers and Corporate designers group were thrilled to hire his Production to do the marketing and sales presentations on the Runway shows. His clean and unique style for Runway executions made the Runway shows more pleasurable and exciting to watch.

His passion and dedication made him create the BayArea Fashion Week with California Fashion Week which launched in 2011 with signature events annually every 3rd week of September. After launching in September 2011 with its beneficiary, the Second Harvest Food Bank Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Mayor's Office awarded the BAFW one of the Top 7 Honorees in the entire Bay Area San Francisco and Silicon Valley for the outstanding impact it has made in the community
