Love and all that matters in LA.
A delightful and colorful romantic-comedy, Nothing in Los Angeles chronicles a young artist’s bittersweet love affair with the city of LA, focusing on the fleeting nature of personal relationships and professional dreams. At the center of it lies Quinn, a 25-year-old aspiring writer dating Ann, a mother of three who is twice his age. Best friend, Peter married Beth but “entertains” an older man on the side. Quinn feels misunderstood and struggles to find takers for his lofty, artistic visions. The others struggle with their own, sometimes twisted personal dilemmas. Fears of insignificance, transient relationships, broken friendships, and the nature of the film world are cleverly explored in a witty, Woody Allen-esque tale with LA serving as the backdrop.
